摘 要:为研究大草捆热风干燥特性及热泵干燥系统性能,对高含水率大草捆进行针刺预处理,利用热风干燥设备进行干燥试验,并提出了一种动态大草捆热泵干燥系统,基于试验结果和数学模型,对该系统进行热力学仿真分析。结果发现:在55℃、10%热风工况下,均匀度约为51.1%的苜蓿草捆干燥周期约为5.3 h、干燥速率约为11.5 kg·h^(-1)、热效率约为43.1%~49.5%,热泵干燥单元除湿能耗比和干草捆处理量分别为4.65 kg·k W^(-1)·h^(-1)和7.67~30.31 t·d^(-1),其2级热泵的制热效率分别为3.50和4.78。本文研究内容可为苜蓿草捆热泵干燥的应用提供理论依据和案例参考。To study the hot-air drying characteristics for big bales and the performance of the heat pump drying system,acupuncture pretreatment was carried out on the big bales with high moisture content,and the experiment of drying bales was carried out using hot air dryer.According to the experimental results and the mathematical models,thermodynamic simulation analysis of the system was carried out.The results showed that in the hot air condition of temperature of55℃ and relative humidity of 10%,the length of time a drying cycle takes,the drying rate and the thermal efficiency of alfalfa bales with a uniformity of about 51.1%was about 5.3 h,11.5 kg·h^(-1),and 43.1%~49.5%,respectively,and the Specific moisture extraction rate and hay bale throughput of one heat pump dryer were about 4.65 kg·k W^(-1)·h^(-1)and 7.67~30.31 t·d^(-1),respectively,and the coefficient of performance of the two-stage heat pump were about 3.50 and 4.78,respectively.The paper provides theoretical basis and case reference for the application of heat pump dryer for alfalfa bale.
