摘 要:压气机的过失速,即旋转失速和喘振对发动机的特性以及稳定性会产生不利影响,在设计过程中对其进行预测非常重要。本文发展了一个三维彻体力程序并结合一维集气箱模型用于压缩系统过失速动态过程的模拟,其中对彻体力源项所需的落后角及损失特性进行了扩展。对一台高速四级压气机在两个转速下进行了旋转失速与喘振的非定常计算,结果表明所建立的模型能快速预测压气机的过失速三维非定常特征。Post-stall,i.e.,rotating stall and surge can have a detrimental effect on engine characteristics as well as stability,and it is important to predict them during the design process.In this paper,a three-dimensional body-force program is developed and combined with the one-dimensional plenum model for the simulation of post-stall transient process in compression systems,where the required deviation angle and loss characteristics of the body-force source term are extended.Unsteady calculations of rotating stall and surge were carried out for a high-speed four-stage compressor at two rotating speeds,and the results show that the developed model can quickly predict the threedimensional unsteady characteristics of post-stall of the compressor.
