摘 要:二次空气系统是燃气轮机的重要组成部分之一,其可靠性和抽气性能对循环效率具有十分重要的影响。外部抽气管路从压气机不同部位抽出气体,通过旁路注入透平为其提供冷却,同时还承担着轴承室、透平盘的冷却及封严等职责。鉴于二次空气系统和主流之间的复杂相互作用,采用实际复杂管路模型进行三维仿真计算和方案优化成本太大。为了节约设计成本,本文提出了一种模块化二次空气系统分析方法,采用西门子AMEsim一维管路模型,对燃气轮机外部抽气管路的流动特性、损失特性以及防喘放气时的响应特性分别进行了研究。结果表明,不同管路出口数量会对抽气损失有较大影响,另外阀门开度很大程度上决定了响应效果。The secondary air system is one of the imPositionant components of the gas turbine,and its reliability and extraction performance have a very imPositionant impact on the cycle efficiency.The external air extraction pipeline extracts gas from different parts of the compressor,injects it into the turbine through the bypass to provide cooling,and also undertakes the duties of cooling and sealing the bearing chamber and turbine disc.In view of the complex interaction between the secondary air system and the main flow,it is too costly to use the actual complex pipeline model for 3D simulation calculation and scheme optimization.In order to save the design cost,this paper proposes a modular secondary air system analysis method,using the Siemens AMEsim one-dimensional pipeline model,to study the flow characteristics,loss characteristics and response characteristics of the gas turbine external extraction pipeline during anti-pumping and deflation.The results show that the number of outlets of different pipelines has a great influence on the pumping loss,and the opening of the valve largely determines the response effect.
