摘 要:本文对肿胀变形条件下并联矩形窄缝双通道内的流量分配特性进行了试验研究,试验参数覆盖了板状燃料堆芯的实际运行工况,压力为10~16 MPa。依据热平衡法和压差法,得到了肿胀变形条件下的流量分配数据,结果表明流量分配的影响区间分为单相控制区和两相控制区,肿胀通道的流量偏差在两相控制区超过了20%,远远高于板状燃料组件设计的安全阈值;同时,质量流速的降低、热流密度的增大和系统压力的减小均会使流量分配趋向恶化。Experimental studies on flow distribution characteristics in parallel narrow rectangular channels under swelling condition were carried out in this study.The test parameters cover the actual operating conditions of the plate-type fuel core assembly,including:p=10~16 MPa.Based on heat balance method and pressure difference method,the flow distribution data under swelling conditions were obtained.Results showed that the influence of flow distribution was divided into single-phase control region and two-phase control region.The flow deviation of the swelling channel exceeded 20%in the two-phase control region,which was much higher than the safety threshold of the plate-type fuel assembly design.Besides,the increase of heat flux,the decrease of mass velocity and system pressure leaded to the deterioration of flow distribution tendency.
