摘 要:本文引入了纳米流体热物性和纳米颗粒沉积对汽化核心密度和气泡脱离直径的影响,改进了壁面沸腾模型,开展了纳米流体强化下封头CHF的数值模拟研究。计算了不同工况下的CHF,与实验数据相比偏差不超过16.9%,验证了本文建立的模型的可靠性。通过数值模拟和使用标准回归系数方法,探究了入口流速、入口过冷度、出口压力、纳米流体浓度和流道宽度等热工参数对纳米流体强化下封头CHF的影响。结果发现,入口过冷度和入口流速的影响较大,纳米颗粒浓度和流道宽度对CHF影响很小。Based on the influence of bubble slip on the wall heat flux,the effects of nanofluid thermophysical properties and nanoparticle deposition on the nucleation site density and bubble departure diameter were introduced to improve the wall boiling model.Numerical simulation studies of the lower head's CHF under nanofluid enhancement were carried out.The CHF under different working conditions was calculated,and the deviation from the experimental data was not more than±16.9%,which verified that the model established in this work can reasonably calculate the effect of nanofluid on CHF.In addition,sensitivity analyses of the thermophysical parameters affecting CHF were performed using Standard Regression Coefficients(SRC).The results showed that inlet subcooling and inlet flow rate had the greatest influence on CHF,while the nanoparticle concentration and channel width had the least effect.
