摘 要:精确控制注液量对于优化均热板的传热性能至关重要。本研究着眼于提升均热板的充液和真空处理工艺,对比分析抽真空注液与注液抽真空两种充液方式存在的技术挑战,通过实验探究工质在不同充液率下的损失机制,结果表明在低温条件下抽真空可以有效降低因汽化导致的工质损失量,当充液率为140%时,工质损失量可以减少14%。此外,根据各种充液率下工质损失的具体形式和数量差异,本文提出了一种二次注液策略,与一次注液抽真空的方法相结合进行工质补充,实现了在高充液率下精确控制工质注入量。Precise control of the liquid charging volume is crucial for optimizing the heat transfer performance of vapor chambers.This study focused on improving the liquid charging and vacuum processing techniques for vapor chambers.It comparatively analyzed the technical challenges associated with two liquid charging methods:vacuum pumping before liquid charging and liquid charging before vacuum pumping.Through experiments,the study explored the loss mechanism of the working fluid under different filling ratios.The results indicated that vacuum pumping under low-temperature conditions could effectively reduce the loss of working fluid due to vaporization.When the filling ratio reached 140%,the loss of working fluid was reduced by 14%.Furthermore,based on the specific forms and quantitative differences in the loss of working fluid under various filling ratios,this paper proposed a secondary liquid charging strategy.This strategy was combined with the method of primary liquid injection followed by vacuum pumping to replenish the working fluid,obtaining precise control of the working fluid charging volume at high filling ratios.
