摘 要:高温气冷堆蒸汽发生器和中间换热器的传热管是一回路压力边界,其工作温度已接近高温合金的使用极限。温度均匀性对蒸汽发生器和中间换热器设计及安全可靠性具有重要影响,而螺旋管束对温度的混合效应会帮助展平温度不均匀性,标量混合系数(Pe)是准确分析和预测管束内部温度不均匀性的前提。实验使用CO_(2)浓度混合代替温度混合,测量了不同雷诺数下横掠直管束和倾斜交叉管束流动的标量混合过程,获得了描述横掠管束流动的Pe数。The heat transfer tubes of steam generators(SGs)and intermediate heat exchangers(IHXs)of high temperature gas-cooled reactors(HTGRs)are the pressure boundaries of the primary loop.The operating temperature reaches almost the working limit of high-temperature alloys.Temperature uniformity has important influence on their design,safety and reliability.The temperature mixing effect in the helically coiled tube bundles of SGs and IHXs will help to flatten the temperature non-uniformity.The scalar mixing coefficient(Pe)is the prerequisite to accurately analyze and predict the temperature non-uniformity inside tube bundles.The scalar mixing process of cross flow over straight and inclined tube bundle within different Reynolds numbers was measured by experiments.
