造型、空间与尺度的调适——深圳招商蛇口培训中心设计解析

摘　　要：以深圳南山区招商蛇口培训中心这一非名家设计个案管窥1980年代初期我国现代建筑设计语言、方法与价值导向。基于前期方案、竣工图档和建成后不同时期状况的比对,从场地与体量推演、内外空间形态调适、功能与使用体验以及建造控制来梳理黄建才团队的建筑设计探索。其潜藏的视觉与形式修养为研究深圳现当代建筑遗产提供了借鉴,以重新反思当下建筑实践的价值缺失。This paper takes the Shenzhen Shekou Training Center as a non-famous example,to look into the modern architectural design language,methods,and value orientation in China in the early 1980s.By comparing the early schemes,construction drawings upon completion,and the conditions of the building in different periods after completion,the paper examines the architectural design exploration of Huang Jiancai's team from the aspects of form,space,site and program.Its hidden visual and formal development provides a reference for the study of Shenzhen's modern and contemporary architectural heritage,to reconsider the value lost in the current architectural practice.
