摘　　要：通过访谈、重绘、图解等方式探究北京东南园的生成逻辑及背后动因,梳理重要的空间元素。同时通过与其他相近案例比照,重新思考和讨论诸多在集合住宅设计中冷落已久的设计要点。Based on interviews,redrawing,graphic diagram among other methods,this paper explores the generation logic of Dongnan Yuan and related dynamics behind it,and systematically sorts out the key spatial elements.Meanwhile,it compares with other similar examples to reconsider and discuss long neglected design elements in collective housing design.
