摘　　要：聚焦于双曲抛物面薄壳,从地形与环境、结构单元、空间限定和空间序列4个方面,通过图解分析的方式,剖析台湾省东海大学艺术中心,认为这是一个现代主义结构和空间结合的典型案例:不同于其他同类型建筑薄壳特征明显,艺术中心中的薄壳在多个层次若隐若现,取得了结构与空间的平衡。Focusing on the hyperbolic paraboloid thin shell, this paper analyzes the Art Center of Tunghai University from four aspects: topography and environment, structural unit, functional space and spatial sequence. It is proposed the building is a typical case of the combination of structure and space. Unlike other similar buildings with obvious thin shell features, the shells in the Art Center are looming at multiple levels, achieving a balance between structure and space.
