摘 要:随着巴河流域内众多防洪水库的逐步建成,需要从流域整体角度深入研究位于巴河流域规划的9座防洪水库的最下游的兰草水库防洪工程布局,进而合理确定防洪库容。通过从堤防建设条件、工程投资和对流域防洪工程总体布局影响等方面进行深入研究,推荐了“库堤结合”的防洪工程布局方案,结合调度方式比选推荐防洪库容9032万m^(3),可满足平昌县城防洪要求并缓解下游沿河城镇防洪压力。研究成果量化了兰草水库工程合理防洪规模,可为科学分析渠江流域防洪总体布局提供了决策依据。With the gradual construction of numerous flood control reservoirs in the Ba River Basin,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the layout of the flood control engineering of the Lancao Reservoir from the overall perspective of the basin,in order to reasonably determine the flood control storage capacity.Through in-depth research on the layout plan of flood control engineering from the aspects of embankment construction conditions,engineering investment,and the impact on the overall layout of flood control engineering in the river basin,the“combination of reservoir and embankment”plan was recommended.Combined with scheduling methods,a flood control storage capacity of 90.32 million cubic meters was recommended,which can meet the flood control requirements of Pingchang County and alleviate the flood control pressure of downstream towns along the river.The research results have quantified the reasonable flood control scale of the Lancao Reservoir project,providing a decision-making basis for the scientific analysis of the overall layout of flood control in the Qujiang River Basin.
