摘 要:崩岗是我国南方地区危害最严重、侵蚀强度最大的土壤侵蚀地貌类型,崩岗侵蚀会对高速公路施工和管理造成严重影响。以肇庆市德庆县广佛肇高速公路沿线崩岗为例,结合崩岗实际情况,遵循“上拦、中削、下堵、内外绿化”的原则,提出了一套包含截(排)水沟、生态格网谷坊、生态袋谷坊、种植水保林、喷播种植的草地等在内的工程+林草+封禁治理措施“三位一体”的高速公路沿线崩岗综合治理新模式,并从社会、经济、生态3方面开展效益分析,结果表明各项治理措施全部发挥效益后,水土流失可得到有效控制,可增加蓄水效益49.07万m^(3),减少7.88万m^(3)泥沙进入江河,可改善灌溉面积约160 hm^(2),增加粮食产量117.5 t,每年可产生效益23.50万元,经济、社会和生态效益显著。研究结果可为类似区域或相似工程的崩岗综合治理提供参考。landslide gully is the most hazardous and intense type of soil erosion in southern China,and the erosion of landslide gully will have a serious impact on highway construction and management,however,there are fewer reports in the relevant literature at present.This paper takes the example of landslide gully along the Guangzhou-Foshan-Zhaoqing highway in Deqing County,Zhaoqing City.Based on the actual situation of landslide gully and following the principles of“upper interception,middle cutting,lower blockage,and internal and external greening”,a new“trinity”model of comprehensive management of landslide gully along highways has been proposed,which integrates engineering,forest and grass,as well as conservation measures.And the measures including interception(drainage)ditches,ecological grid check dams,ecological bag check dams,planting water conservation forests,spraying grass,etc.And from the social,economic,ecological three aspects to carry out the benefit analysis,the results showed that after all the governance measures were fully implemented,soil erosion could be effectively controlled,increasing the water storage efficiency by 490700 m^(3) and reducing the inflow of 78800 m^(3) of sediment into rivers.This can improve the irrigation area by about 160 hm^(2),increase grain production by about 117.5 t,and generate an annual benefit of 235000 yuan.The social,ecological,and economic benefits are significant.The results of the study can provide a reference for the comprehensive management of landslide gully in similar areas or similar projects,and provide support for the high-quality development of soil and water conservation in the new era.
