摘 要:某市主城区应急水源工程(地表水)的水源预处理工程傍滹沱河河床建设,工程所在的河床砂卵石层较厚,土石方开挖量大,其中大粒径卵石占50%以上,具极强透水性。工程所在地河床常年过流,6—10月份受滹沱河行洪影响现场施工作业范围锐减,缩短了有效的施工时间。在富水河床大粒径卵石层中进行导流截渗及深基坑开挖,存在方案设计要求高、导截流施工影响因素多、截渗效果不易保证、深基坑开挖风险高等问题。提出了一种傍河床导流截渗及深基坑开挖方案,重点分析阐述了施工部署、方案设计及其关键技术创新。通过项目应用效果分析,表明方案合理、安全高效,解决了富水卵砾石层导流截渗及深基坑开挖施工难题,以期为类似工程施工提供借鉴。The water source pretreatment project of the emergency water source project(surface water)in the main urban area of Shijiazhuang City is constructed beside the river bed of Hutuo River.The sand and gravel layer of the river bed where the project is located is thick,and the excavation volume of earth and stone is large,among which the large-particle size pebbles account for more than 50%,and have strong permeability.The riverbed in the site of the project is overflowed all the year round,and the area of site construction is greatly reduced by the flood of Hutuo River from June to October,which shortens the effective construction time.The diversion seepage interception and deep foundation pit excavation in the large particle size pebble layer in the rich river bed have some problems,such as high design requirements,many influencing factors,difficult guarantee of seepage interception effect and high excavation risk.In this paper,a scheme of seepage interception and deep foundation pit excavation by riverbed diversion is proposed,and construction deployment,scheme design and key technologies are analyzed.Through the application effect analysis of the project,it is shown that the scheme is reasonable,safe and efficient,and solves the difficult problems of seepage interception of water-rich gravel layer and deep foundation pit excavation,in order to provide reference for similar engineering construction.
