摘　　要：欧盟技术法规《驾驶员控制辅助系统(DCAS)》(UN R171)于2024年9月正式发布实施。该法规对可持续提供车辆横向和纵向运动控制支持、协助人类驾驶员执行车辆动态控制的DCAS提出了一系列技术要求。本文针对该法规的技术要求、测试与评估相结合的系统验证方法进行了详细分析,以帮助专业人员能对该法规进行充分理解和灵活应用;也为国内相关标准的制定提供参考。A new regulation UN R171 for Driver Control Assistance Systems(DCAS)was officially released and was implemented from September 2024.The regulation introduces a series of technical specifications for the system which could assist a human driver in performing vehicle dynamic control via providing sustained lateral and longitudinal motioncontrol support.This article provides a detailed analysis and interpretation of the system verification method that combines assessment and testing as stipulated in the regulation,to help full understanding and application of this regulations.Furthermore,this validation method offers valuable insights for the formulation of domestic regulation and standards.
