摘  要:针对火电厂环境-经济管理系统中存在的不确定性和复杂性,基于碳交易和碳税机制,利用区间线性规划(ILP)方法,研究开发了一个区间碳交易-碳税(ICT-CT)模型,实现CO_(2)控制与减排及系统经济性。开发的ICT-CT模型不仅能够处理表示为离散区间数的不确定性,而且能够反映系统的复杂性。ICT-CT模型应用到一个假设的案例问题中,合理的模型解被获取,结果分析表明:在碳交易下,能够实现CO_(2)排放量定额在各机组间的再分配,优化CO_(2)排放量,确定机组购买或售卖的CO_(2)排放权,进而确定机组最优的发电量和发热量,实现系统净利润的最大化。Aiming at the existence of uncertainties and complexities in the environment-economy management system of thermal power plants,based on carbon trading and carbon tax mechanism,using the interval linear programming(ILP)method,an interval carbon trading-carbon tax(ICT-CT)model is developed to achieve CO_(2)control and emission reduction as well as system economy.The developed ICT-CT model can not only deal with uncertainties expressed as discrete intervals,but also reflect system complexities.The ICT-CT model is applied to a hypothetical case study.The reasonable solutions are obtained,and solutions analysis indicates that under carbon trading,model can achieve the reallocation of CO_(2)emission quota among different power units,optimize CO_(2)emissions,and determine the purchased or sold CO_(2)emission right,and then determine the optimal power generation and heat production of power units to maximize the net profit of the system.
