摘  要:鉴于目前国内钢铁厂高炉煤气、焦炉煤气的热值情况,现有的低热值燃气轮机燃料的热值无法满足市场需求,需进一步降低。随着燃料热值降低,燃气轮机燃料量大幅增加,需要以降低流量为目标对压气机进行改型设计。因此,在原型压气机基础上,针对流道和叶片,从降低压气机流量、提高喘振裕度等方面进行了通流改型设计,以“顶切加叶片优化”为设计思路,通过通流优化实现了压气机流量降低10%的设计目标,同时将喘振裕度提升了12%以上。研究成果可为后续机组的类似改型设计提供参考。Considering the heat value of blast furnace gas and coke oven gas in domestic steelworks,the existing gas fuel with low heat value for gas turbine cannot meet the market demand,thus the reduction of heat value is further required.However,the fuel mass is greatly raised with heat value reduction,so modification of the compressor is necessary to lower the flow mass.Based on the prototype compressor,optimization of the flow path and blades was carried out from aspects of flow mass reduce,surge margin raise,etc.,and with the design idea of“tip cut and blade optimization”,the compressor flow mass was reduced by 10%,and the surge margin was improved by more than 12%.The research results can provide reference for similar retrofit design of subsequent units.
