摘 要:随着我国火电行业节能减排的要求不断提高,亚临界汽轮机通流改造技术取得了长足发展,而升参数改造是进一步提升经济效益的主要方案之一。主要介绍了600 MW等级亚临界机组的升参数改造技术方案,在维持主汽压力基本不变的情况下,将主汽、再热蒸汽温度分别提升至610℃、620℃。在机组原回热抽汽系统的基础上,新增2级高压回热抽汽(1抽和2抽),使给水温度保持在较高水平。该方案可进一步提升机组低负荷运行经济性,同时满足锅炉全负荷脱硝的要求。机组配置调节级和补汽阀,以定—滑—定方式运行,当机组到额定负荷时调阀全开,超过额定负荷则逐步切除2号高加,并开启补汽阀,以提升做功能力。所述亚临界升参数改造技术可实现机组高效宽负荷运行,并最大程度增强调峰能力,使额定工况下热耗率较常规通流改造降低约4%~6%。研究成果可为后续高温亚临界机组项目改造提供参考。With the increase of requirements for energy saving and emission reduction in China’s thermal power industry,the retrofit technology of flow path in subcritical turbine has been significantly developed,and parameter upgrading is one of the main solutions for further improvement of economic benefits.The retrofit technology of parameter upgrading in 600 MW subcritical units was presented.With the main steam pressure unchanged,the temperatures of main steam and reheat steam were raised to 610℃and 620℃respectively.On the basis of the original regenerative steam extraction system,two stages of high-pressure regenerative steam extraction(the 1st extraction and 2nd extraction)were added to keep the feed water temperature at a high level.This scheme could further improve the operation economy under low load condition and could meet the requirements of full load denitrification of the boiler.The unit was equipped with regulating stage and steam supplement valve,and could operate in rated-sliding-rated mode.Once the rated load was reached,the four regulating valves would be fully opened,and once the rated load was exceeded,the No.2 high pressure heater would be gradually cut off,and the steam supplement valve would be opened to improve the power capacity.The proposed retrofit technology of parameter upgrading in subcritical units could realize efficient operation with wide load range and satisfying peak shaving capacity,and the heat rate under rated conditions could be reduced by about 4%—6%compared with conventional flow path retrofit.The research results can provide reference for subsequent project retrofit of high-temperature subcritical units.
