摘  要:为了分析20Cr1Mo1VNbTiB螺栓材料服役约50000 h后的微观组织和力学性能演变情况,采用直读光谱仪、金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜等设备对其进行了观察,并将其室温拉伸试验、布氏硬度测试、冲击试验等的结果与未服役原材料进行了对比分析,对服役后螺栓能否继续服役进行了综合验证。结果表明:服役约50000 h后,该材料螺栓的组织中部分板条束发生了宽化和再结晶,晶界碳化物析出增多。螺栓硬度、强度、冲击吸收功下降,但也能满足出厂标准要求。研究成果可为该螺栓在正常服役条件下继续长时服役提供数据支持。In order to analyze the evolution of microstructure and mechanical properties of 20Cr1Mo1VNbTiB bolt material after service operation for about 50000 h,equipment such as direct reading spectrometer,metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope was used in the observation.Meanwhile,the results of room temperature tensile test,Brinell hardness test,impact test,etc.,were compared with the data of raw materials that had not been in service,and whether the used bolts could go on service was verified comprehensively.The results showed that after service operation for about 50000 h,part of the lath bundles in the microstructure had broadened and recrystallized,and the precipitation of carbides at grain boundaries had increased.Although the hardness,strength and impact energy of the bolts had decreased,the requirements of the ex-factory standards could still be met.The research results can provide data support for continued long-term service of bolts under normal service conditions.
