摘 要:以GE 9FA燃气轮机联合循环机组为研究对象,基于Thermoflex商业软件建立了三压再热联合循环机组模型,在不同掺氢比例下,对联合循环机组负荷率、进气温度、余热锅炉参数和汽轮机背压等参数开展了热力性能分析。结果表明:保持燃气轮机透平进口初温不变,随着掺氢比例的增加,顶循环及联合循环效率均升高,而排气温度及排气流量均降低;顶循环及联合循环效率均随着机组负荷率的增加而升高;随着进气温度的升高,顶循环效率降低而联合循环效率升高;联合循环的效率随余热锅炉蒸汽温度及其压力的升高而升高,随汽轮机背压的增加而降低。研究成果可以为燃气轮机掺氢机组设计及优化提供参考。With the GE 9FA gas-steam combined cycle unit being taken as the research objective,a three-pressure reheat combined cycle unit model is established based on Thermoflex commercial software,and the thermal performance of the unit is analyzed under different hydrogen doping ratios in terms of load rate,inlet temperature,waste heat boiler parameters and turbine back pressure.It is showed that with the initial gas turbine inlet temperature unchanged,the efficiencies of both top cycle and combined cycle would increase with the raise of the hydrogen doping ratio,while the temperature and flow rate of exhaust gas would decrease;the efficiencies of both top cycle and combined cycle would increase with the raise of the unit load rate;with the increase of inlet temperature,the efficiency of top cycle would decrease,while the efficiency of the combined cycle would increase;the efficiencies of the combined cycle would increase with the increase of steam temperature and pressure of the waste heat boiler,and would decrease with the increase of the turbine back pressure.The research results can provide reference for design and optimization of gas turbine units with hydrogen doping.
