摘 要:选取石漠化地区不同立地条件下的香椿林为研究对象,研究根际土壤养分含量及其生态化学计量比与根际土壤微生物的关系。研究结果表明:1)岩石立地条件下土壤中的SOC、TN、TP含量普遍高于非岩石立地条件,且两种立地条件下的差异达到了极显著或显著水平;岩石立地条件中的C/N、C/P、N/P比值稍低于非岩石立地条件。2)从真菌、细菌的门、目、属三个分类水平上看,两种立地条件中的真菌优势门均为子囊菌门,细菌优势门均为变形细菌门;在两种立地条件中,真菌的4个α多样性指数的差异均不显著,细菌的4个指数均存在显著差异,且在整体上细菌多样性高于真菌。3)相关性分析表明,根际土壤养分含量与微生物种类、多样性之间存在着不同程度上的相关性。Toona sinensis forests under different land conditions in rocky desertification areas were selected as the study subjects to investigate the relationship between rhizosphere soil nutrient content,ecological stoichiometry ratios,and rhizosphere soil microorganisms.The study revealed that:1)Soil organic carbon(SOC),total nitrogen(TN),and total phosphorus(TP)contents were generally higher in rock-based sites than in non-rock-based sites,with differences reaching extremely significant or significant levels;C/N,C/P,and N/P ratios were slightly lower in rock-based sites compared to non-rock-based sites.2)At the taxonomic levels of phylum,order,and family,the dominant fungal phylum in both land types was Ascomycota,while Proteobacteria dominated among bacteria;no significant differences were found in the four alpha diversity indices for fungi between the two site types,whereas all four indices for bacteria showed significant differences,with overall bacterial diversity being higher than that of fungi.3)Correlation analysis indicated varying degrees of association between rhizosphere soil nutrient content and microbial taxa and diversity.
