摘 要:为了解亚热带常绿阔叶林群落构建在空间尺度上的变化规律,在广东南岭国家级自然保护区内设立20hm^(2)网格,通过在网格内设置样地,对样地监测调查、构建谱系树,并应用PER-SIMPER生态模型,从物种共存和谱系结构的角度,明确了亚热带常绿阔叶林群落构建机制。结果表明:该保护区的亚热带常绿阔叶林群落谱系结构呈现聚集分布,且具有尺度依赖性,即随着空间尺度的增加,聚集程度逐渐增强;该保护区的亚热带常绿阔叶林群落构建主要受扩散限制过程的驱动,但随着空间尺度的增加,生态位分化过程的作用逐渐增强,使得群落构建的主要生态过程由扩散限制主导转变为扩散限制和生态位分化的共同作用。To investigate the spatial distribution patterns of community structure in the subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest,a 20 hm^(2) grid was set up in the Nanling National Reserve,Guangdong Province.Through setting up plots for monitoring and investigation,constructing phylogenetic trees,and applying the PERSIMPER ecological model,this study clarified the mechanisms of community assembly from the perspectives of species co-occurrence and phylogenetic structure.The findings revealed that the phylogenetic structure of the subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest communities in the reserve exhibits clustering distribution with scale dependency,indicating an increase in aggregation intensity as the spatial scale increases.Furthermore,the assembly of these communities was found to be primarily driven by dispersal limitation,but as the spatial scale expanded,the influence of niche differentiation gradually strengthened,leading to a transition in the dominant ecological processes from dispersal limitation alone to a joint effect of dispersal limitation and niche differentiation.
