摘　　要：以某公司S车型外覆盖件模具开发项目为例,利用关键链技术对该项目进度计划进行制定和优化,解决了项目周期长等问题。阐述了关键链技术制定项目进度计划的优点。Taking the development project of the exterior cover die for a certain company's S model as an example,the critical chain technology was used to formulate and optimize the project schedule,solving problems such as long project cycle.It was explained the advantages of using critical chain technology to develop project schedules.
