浅谈注射模中的排气系统

摘　　要：在塑料模具设计中,不可忽视的一个问题是排气,排气不良对注射成型过程和成型塑件的质量都有重要的影响。针对注射模排气的问题,介绍了注射模中的3种主要排气方式以及设计排气系统时应注意的事项。The exhaust of plastic mold is a problem that can not be ignored in the design of mold.Bad exhaust has an important impact on the injection molding process and the quality of molding parts.According to the importance of exhaust in injection mold,this paper mainly introduces the three main exhaust modes in injection mold and the matters that should be noted when designing the exhaust system.
