摘 要:以济宁市先进制造业集群为研究对象,深入剖析了集群协同创新的运行机制与发展路径。研究表明,当前集群发展面临企业创新内生动力不足、产业链协同创新体系失衡、创新要素配置欠佳等关键挑战。为此,研究提出构建"政府引导、企业主体、市场导向"的协同创新机制框架,通过激发企业协同创新内生动力、构建多元协同的产业链创新体系、优化创新要素配置与服务供给等系统性举措,促进创新资源高效流动与整合,全面提升集群创新能力与核心竞争力。Taking Jining advanced manufacturing cluster as the research object,the paper deeply analyzes the operation mechanism and development path of cluster collaborative innovation.The research shows that the current cluster development is faced with key challenges such as lack of internal impetus for enterprise innovation,imbalance of industrial chain collaborative innovation system,and poor allocation of innovation elements.Therefore,study and put forward to build "government guidance,enterprise main body,market oriented" collaborative innovation mechanism framework,by stimulating enterprise collaborative innovation endogenous power,build multiple collaborative chain innovation system,optimize innovation elements configuration and service supply systematic measures,promote efficient flow and integration of innovation resources,improve cluster innovation ability and core competitiveness.
