摘　　要：介绍了一款通过电力驱动可实现开口销折弯装配的作业系统,通过人为发送信号利用单片机对执行单元进行控制,实现开口销标准弯销作业,本系统包含硬件与软件的研究,对功能实现方法的设计,硬件结构的设计与软件的设计思路进行了说明,同时提出了该设备适用于多种不同型号的开口销的可行性途径,对下一步升级产品提供思路。该设备提高了弯销过程的安全性与作业标准,使弯销过程更简单更省力,提高了效率与自动化水平,针对开口销弯销作业的应用具有广阔的推广应用前景。This paper introduces an operation system that can realize the bending and assembly of split pins through electric drive.The execution unit is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer through artificial signal sending to realize the standard bending operation of split pins.This system includes the research of hardware and transfer parts,and explains the design of function realization method,hardware structure design and software design ideas.At the same time,it proposes the feasibility of the equipment for a variety of different types of split pins,and provides ideas for the next step of upgrading products.The equipment improves the safety and operation standards of the pin bending process,makes the pin bending process simpler and more labor-saving,and improves the efficiency and automation level.It has broad prospects for promotion and application in the application of split pin bending operations.
