摘　　要：全断面硬岩掘进机(Tunnel Boring Machine)作为隧道施工的主要装备,其滚刀刀圈的耐磨性能和可靠性是影响掘进效率的关键因素。采用辗环和自由锻成型工艺分别制备了两种H418E材料的刀圈,并且分别进行热处理、组织观察、力学性能检测和工程验证耐磨性能。结果表明:自由锻工艺容易导致刀圈内部出现流线露头和乱流现象,而辗环刀圈流线成连续性、包裹性和均匀性分布特征;均匀流线分布使辗环相比自由锻刀圈具有更佳的抗冲击性;由于其优异的抗冲击性,减缓了磨痕表面材料的微剥离和微裂纹,相比自由锻刀圈耐磨性能提高了25%。The Tunnel Boring Machine(TBM),as the main equipment for tunnel construction,has its cutter ring's wear resistance and reliability as key factors affecting the tunneling efficiency.Two types of H418E material cutter rings were prepared using ring rolling and free forging processes,respectively,and then underwent heat treatment,microstructure observation,mechanical property testing,and engineering verification of wear resistance.The results show that the free forging process is prone to expose flow lines and turbulence inside the cutter ring,while the ring rolling cutter ring exhibits continuous,encapsulated,and uniform flow line distribution characteristics;the uniform flow line distribution makes the ring rolling cutter ring have better impact resistance compared to the free forging cutter ring;due to its excellent impact resistance,it slows down the micro-spalling and micro-cracking of the wear surface material,thereby increasing wear resistance by 25% compared to the free forging cutter ring.
