摘　　要：探讨了金属型铸造过程中大型模具的热变形现象,分析其产生原因,并提出相应的改善措施。通过综述模具设计、热处理工艺及现代模拟软件的应用,为减少模具热变形、提高铸件质量提供了理论依据和实践指导。This paper aims to explore the thermal deformation phenomenon of large die in the process of metal die casting,analyze its causes,and put forward corresponding improvement measures.By summarizing the die design,heat treatment technology and the application of modern simulation software,this paper provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for reducing die thermal deformation and improving the quality of castings.
