摘 要:现代汽车工业发展更趋多样化,由于市场对车辆数目、性能的需求不断攀升,加强汽车零部件加工能力也显得必要,客观催生了多轴数控加工技术。先对该技术的优势进行分析,在此基础上研究技术实现方法,就搭建智能工作系统、采用多向控制模式、实时作业和信息积累等进行分析,最后对技术发展趋势进行展望,包括不同技术的联合应用、多轴数控加工精度的控制等,以系统呈现技术特点,为汽车零部件多轴数控加工工作和汽车行业总体发展提供参考。The development of modern automotive industry is becoming more diversified.Due to the increasing demand for vehicle quantity and performance in the market,it is necessary to strengthen the processing capability of automotive parts,which has objectively given birth to multi-axis CNC machining technology.It first analyzes the advantages of this technology,and based on this,studies the implementation methods of the technology,including building an intelligent work system,adopting multi-directional control mode,real-time operation,and information accumulation.Finally,prospects for technological development trends are presented,including the joint application of different technologies,control of multi-axis CNC machining accuracy,etc.,to systematically present technical characteristics and provide reference for multi-axis CNC machining of automotive parts and the overall development of the automotive industry.
