摘 要:近年来,工业机器人进入了飞速发展时期。得益于优秀的柔韧性、自动化程度、广泛的适用性以及可编程特性,这类机器人展现出了极强的环境适应性,足以应对多样化的应用场合。其中,视觉系统扮演着确保机器人顺畅作业的核心角色,它通过对图像的捕捉、加工和解读,能掌握目标物件的空间位置、轮廓特征和表面细节等信息,进而依据这些数据,由程序自动生成操作指令,实现对机器人动作的自动化管理。在电气自动化行业,运用这一技术能收到事半功倍效的成效,无论是识别、监测、定位还是测量,都表现出了显著的应用优势。剖析工业机器人视觉系统原理及技术细节,并探讨其在电气自动化行业中的实际运用。In recent years,industrial robots have entered a period of rapid development.Thanks to their flexibility,degree of automation,wide applicability and programmability,these robots are highly adaptable to the environment and are able to cope with a wide range of applications.Among them,the vision system plays a core role in ensuring the smooth operation of the robot,and it can grasp the spatial position,contour features and surface details of the target object through the capture,processing and interpretation of the image,and then automatically generate operation instructions by the program based on these data,so as to realize the automatic management of the robot's actions.In the electrical automation industry,the use of this technology can achieve twice the results with half the effort,whether it is identification,monitoring,positioning or measurement,it shows significant application advantages.This article mainly analyzes the principles and technical details of industrial robot vision systems,and discusses its practical application in the electrical automation industry.
