摘　　要：准球心高效磨削加工技术作为先进的制造技术,以高主轴转速、大压力来提高抛光的效率。通过分析各工艺因素,包括加工中常见疵病产生原因及解决方法进行简要概括,对提高企业光学制造的加工水平和保证产品性能、提高产品质量、降低制造成本、提高生产效率和批生产能力具有十分重要的作用。As an advanced manufacturing technology,the high efficiency grinding technology of quasi-spherical center improves the polishing efficiency with high spindle speed and high pressure.By analyzing the process factors,including the causes and solutions of common defects in processing,it is of vital importance to improve the processing level of optical manufacturing and ensure product performance,improve product quality,reduce manufacturing costs,improve production efficiency and batch production capacity.
