摘  要:永磁调速技术由气隙磁场调节实现节能优化,适用于复杂工况下的自动化控制。分析了火电厂锅炉设备运行中的电机调速能耗问题,研究了永磁调速器的优化设计及电机节能自适应控制算法,提出了基于永磁调速的智能控制系统优化策略,旨在提高锅炉设备运行效率、降低能耗,并验证其在复杂工况下的稳定性与适应性。Permanent magnet speed regulation technology achieves energy-saving optimization through the regulation of the motor air gap magnetic field,making it suitable for automatic control under complex operating conditions.It analyzes the energy consumption issues related to motor speed regulation in the operation of thermal power plant boiler equipment,studies the optimization design of permanent magnet speed regulators and energy-saving adaptive control algorithms for motors,and proposes optimization strategies for intelligent control systems based on permanent magnet speed regulation.The aim is to improve the operational efficiency of boiler equipment,reduce energy consumption,and verify its stability and adaptability under complex working conditions.
