摘 要:为充分发挥该设备的应用优势,本研究对其设计与特性展开分析,包括高转速离心式制冷压缩机基本介绍,高转速离心式制冷压缩机设计分析及其性能分析。经分析可知,主要部件设计思路的合理确定、制冷剂的合理选择、负载与边界条件的合理设计均是该设备的重点设计内容。而对于不同设计模式,设计者可通过模拟试验的方式对其性能进行分析,以实现整体设备设计的合理优化。希望通过此次研究,可以为高转速离心式制冷压缩机的合理设计及其应用提供一定参考。To fully leverage the application advantages of this device,this study conducts an analysis of its design and characteristics.This includes a basic introduction to high-speed centrifugal refrigeration compressors,design analysis and performance analysis of high-speed centrifugal refrigeration compressors.Through analysis,it can be concluded that the reasonable determination of the design ideas for the main components,the reasonable selection of refrigerants,and the reasonable design of loads and boundary conditions are all key design contents of this equipment.For different design patterns,designers can analyze their performance through simulation experiments to achieve reasonable optimization of the overall equipment design.I hope that this study can provide some reference for the rational design and application of high-speed centrifugal refrigeration compressors.
