摘  要:传统成品油储罐浮顶密封结构存在密封失效、材料老化及维护频繁等问题。提出一种新式高效浮顶密封结构的设计与优化方法,采用高耐磨、耐温、耐腐蚀的复合材料,结合动态适应性设计并优化密封条形状与浮顶接触面压力分布,提高密封系统的可靠性和稳定性。测验验证表明,优化后的密封结构有更长的使用寿命和更高的密封效能,该新式密封结构的应用,可为成品油储罐设备的高效管理提供技术支持,具有较强的应用前景和推广价值。The traditional floating roof sealing structure of finished oil storage tanks has problems such as sealing failure,material aging,and frequent maintenance.Based on this,it proposes a new and efficient design and optimization method for floating roof sealing structure,which adopts high wear resistance,temperature resistance,and corrosion resistance composite materials,combined with dynamic adaptability design and optimization of sealing strip shape and floating roof contact surface pressure distribution,to improve the reliability and stability of the sealing system.The test verification shows that the optimized sealing structure has a longer service life and higher sealing efficiency.The application of this new sealing structure can provide technical support for the efficient management of finished oil storage tank equipment,and has strong application prospects and promotion value.
