摘　　要：随着可持续发展理念的不断深入,企业在选择供应商和管理供应商质量时,不仅关注产品的质量和成本,更加重视环境保护和社会责任。探讨了在塑料件和紧固件的供应商质量管理中,如何结合可持续发展理念进行质量改善项目的实施,提升供应商的能力与效率,降低成本,从而推进企业的可持续发展。With the deepening of the concept of sustainable development,enterprises not only pay attention to the quality and cost of products,but also pay more attention to environmental protection and social responsibility when selecting suppliers and managing the quality of suppliers.Based on this,it discusses how to implement quality improvement projects in combination with the concept of sustainable development in the supplier quality management of plastic parts and fasteners,so as to improve the ability and efficiency of suppliers,reduce costs,and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
