摘 要:在现代工业领域,压力管道被广泛应用于众多行业,承担着输送各类介质的重要任务。由于管道内部介质通常处于高压、高温或有毒有害状态,一旦发生延性断裂事故,后果不堪设想。对压力管道延性断裂止裂安全可靠性进行深入分析,是确保其安全运行的关键。这不仅涉及管道的设计、选材,还与管道的运行工况、维护管理等多方面因素密切相关,是保障工业生产安全和公众生命财产安全的必然要求。In the modern industrial field,pressure pipelines are widely used in many industries and undertake the important task of transporting various media.Due to the high pressure,high temperature,or toxic and harmful state of the medium inside the pipeline,the consequences of a ductile fracture accident are unimaginable.A thorough analysis of the safety and reliability of ductile fracture and crack prevention in pressure pipelines is crucial to ensure their safe operation.This not only involves pipeline design and material selection,but is also closely related to various factors such as pipeline operation conditions,maintenance management,etc.It is an inevitable requirement to ensure industrial production safety and public life and property safety.
