摘 要:经外周静脉穿刺的中心静脉导管(PICC)因在长期输液治疗中的广泛应用而备受关注,其中导管尖端的准确定位是确保其安全性和有效性的关键。近年PICC尖端识别技术取得显著进展,经历了由体外测量法、腔内心电图、电磁导航技术、超声识别和胸部X线等传统方法到人工智能和深度学习等创新应用的过程。随着新技术的引入,PICC尖端位置识别的稳定性和准确性进一步提升。深入研究PICC尖端识别技术的应用进展、阐明其在临床应用中的优势、挑战和未来发展趋势,可以为临床疾病的治疗提供辅助支持。Peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC)has attracted much attention due to its wide application in long-term infusion therapy,where accurate positioning of the catheter tip is the key to ensuring the safety and effectiveness.In recent years,significant advancements have been made in PICC tip identification technology,transitioning from traditional methods such as external measurement,intracavitary electrocardiography,electromagnetic navigation,ultrasound identification,and chest X-ray imaging,to innovative applications like artificial intelligence and deep learning.With the introduction of new technologies,the stability and accuracy of PICC tip position identification have been further enhanced.In-depth research on the application progress of PICC tip identification technology,clarifying its advantages,challenges,and future development trends in the clinical application,can provide auxiliary support for the clinial treatment of associated diseases.
