摘  要:牛奶蛋白过敏(CMPA)是婴幼儿最常见的食物过敏之一,其临床表现不具有特异性,易被误诊或漏诊,若不能得到及时有效的治疗,可引发其他变应性疾病的发生,甚至导致严重并发症,从而危害儿童健康。CMPA可能由一种或多种因素共同作用所致,关于CMPA的诱发因素目前尚未完全阐明,且关于婴幼儿CMPA危险因素(如维生素D不足、嗜酸粒细胞增多、剖宫产)的研究相对较少。因此,全面了解诱发婴幼儿CMPA的危险因素、提高临床医师对CMPA危险因素的认识并及时采取干预措施,可避免或减少CMPA的发生,改善CMPA患儿预后。Cow′s milk protein allergy(CMPA)is one of the most common food allergies in infants and young children,which is featured with unspecific clinical manifestations,and is easy to be misdiagnosed or missed.If not treated timely and effectively,it can cause the occurrence of other allergic diseases,and even lead to serious complications,thus endangering the health of the children.CMPA may result from the combined action of one or more factors.The predisposing factors of CMPA have not been fully elucidated,and studies on CMPA risk factors(such as vitamin D deficiency,eosinophilia sufficiency and cesarean section)in the infants and young children are relatively few.Therefore,a comprehensive understanding of the risk factors of inducing CMPA,improving the clinicians′awareness of CMPA risk factors and taking timely intervention measures can avoid or reduce its occurrence of CMPA and improve the prognosis of children with CMPA.
