摘　　要：脓毒性心肌病(SIC)是脓毒症和脓毒症休克的并发症之一,其严重影响患者功能恢复,降低生存率。近年来,中医药在SIC治疗中的作用日益受到关注。中医药可以通过清热解毒、活血化瘀、扶正固本等途径发挥作用,具有多靶点和整体调节的优势。中医药能够减轻炎症反应、改善心脏微循环、调节免疫功能,对SIC患者具有心脏保护作用。然而,中医药治疗SIC的分子机制、作用靶点、信号通路等尚未完全明确,需要进一步深入研究。未来,应加强中医药治疗SIC的作用机制研究,开展高质量临床研究,开发新剂型和给药途径,探索中西医结合治疗方法,以提高SIC的治疗效果。Sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy(SIC)is one of the complications of sepsis and septic shock,which seriously affects the functional recovery of the patients and reduces the survival rate.In recent years,the role of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in SIC treatment has received increasing attention.TCM can play a role through multiple ways such as clearing heat and detoxifying,invigorating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,supporting the healthy energy,etc.,and has the advantages of multi-target and overall regulation.TCM can reduce inflammation,improve cardiac microcirculation,regulate immune function,and have cardioprotective effects on SIC patients.However,the molecular mechanism,targets and signaling pathways of TCM in the treatment of SIC are not fully understood,and further in-depth research is needed.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the mechanism of action of TCM in the treatment of SIC,carry out high-quality clinical research,develop new dosage forms and routes of administration,and explore the treatment methods of integrated TCM and western medicine to improve the therapeutic effect of SIC.
