摘　　要：痔疮是肛肠科最常见的疾病之一,且以混合痔为主。目前混合痔主要采用非手术治疗和手术治疗。但由于肛门生理结构特殊,有创手术可引发一系列并发症。术后疼痛是手术治疗最主要的并发症,严重影响患者生活质量。针灸治疗可通过刺激特定穴位调节人体经络气血运行,发挥镇痛作用。不同针灸疗法,如针刺、电针、穴位埋线等在临床应用中各具特点,其作用机制涉及神经调节、免疫调节以及对炎性介质的影响等。深入研究针灸治疗混合痔术后疼痛的最佳方案及作用机制,对提高临床疗效、促进患者术后康复具有重要意义。Hemorrhoids are one of the most common diseases in the proctology,and mixed hemorrhoids are the most predominant.Regarding mixed hemorrhoids,non-surgical and surgical treatments are currently mainly adopted.However,due to the special physiological structure of the anus,invasive surgery can cause a series of complications.Postoperative pain is the most major complication of surgical treatment and seriously affects the patients′quality of life.Acupuncture and moxibustion can regulate the movement of qi and blood through stimulating specific acupoints and play an analgesic role.Different acupuncture therapy,such as acupuncture,electroacupuncture,acupoint embedding,etc.,has its own characteristics in clinical application,and its mechanism of action involves nerve regulation,immune regulation and the influence on inflammatory mediators.It is of great significance to study the best plan and mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids for improving clinical efficacy and promoting postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
