摘  要:腹腔感染是病原微生物侵入腹腔而引起的感染性疾病,可引发腹腔内脏器感染、腹膜炎及腹腔脓肿。抗生素是临床治疗腹腔感染的重要措施,而尽早明确腹腔感染病原微生物是指导合理使用抗生素、消除感染病原菌的关键。在临床病原菌检测方法中,传统的病原菌培养检测方法是检测病原菌的金标准,但培养时间较长,易导致治疗延误。近年来,分子生物技术(聚合酶链反应技术、基因芯片、下一代测序技术等)已用于临床病原微生物检测,其检测耗时短。基于此,分子生物技术可指导临床抗生素的应用。Intra-abdominal infection is an infectious disease caused by pathogenic microorganisms invading the abdominal cavity,which can cause visceral infection,peritonitis and intra-abdominal abscess.Antibiotics are an important measure for the clinical treatment of intra-abdominal infections,and early identification of the pathogenic microorganisms is the key to guiding the rational use of antibiotics and eliminating infectious pathogens.In clinical pathogen detection methods,traditional pathogen culture detection methods are the gold standard for detecting pathogens,but the cultivation time required is relatively long,which can easily lead to treatment delays.In recent years,molecular biotechnologies(polymerase chain reaction technology,gene chips,the next-generation sequencing technology,etc.)have been used for clinical pathogen detection,which require short detection time.Based on this,molecular biotechnology can guide the clinical application of antibiotics.
