摘 要:锂离子电池辅助材料市场竞争强度低,新型导电剂、正极黏结剂等高度依赖进口,国内发展潜力巨大。综述黏结剂、补锂剂、导电剂和集流体等4大锂离子电池辅助材料市场及技术发展现状。当前锂离子电池辅助材料市场正处于快速发展阶段,国内负极黏结剂、正极补锂剂复合集流体发展较快,但正极黏结剂、碳纳米管导电剂和石墨烯导电剂等与国外差距较大。分析市场需求,梳理关键技术,展望这些辅助材料的发展趋势,建议采用新产品研发、上下游合作、产业链垂直布局等方式,重点开发高镍三元正极黏结剂、硅基负极补锂剂、单壁碳纳米管导电剂及聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)基复合集流体等4类辅助材料。The auxiliary materials market of Li-ion battery has low competition intensity.New conductive agents,cathode binders are highly dependent on imports,which have great potential for development in China.The market and technology development status of four auxiliary materials for Li-ion battery,such as binder,lithium supplement,conductive agent and current collector are reviewed.At present,the Li-ion battery auxiliary materials market is expanding rapidly,the anode binder,anode lithium supplement compound fluid collector have developed rapidly in China,but the cathode binder,carbon nanotube conductive agent and graphene conductive agent have a large gap with other foreign countries.The market demand is analyzed,the key technologies are sorted out,the future development trend of these auxiliary materials is expected.It is recommended to adopt new product development,upstream and downstream cooperation,vertical layout of the industrial chain,focus on the development of four kinds of auxiliary materials,such as high nickel ternary cathode binder,silicon-based anode lithium supplement,single-walled carbon nanotube conductive agent and polyethylene terephthalate(PET)-based composite current collector.
