摘　　要：工业遗迹的更新不仅是城市转型和文化遗产保护的重要组成部分,更是推动可持续发展、促进城市创新与活力再生的关键途径。运用网络文本分析与IPA分析相结合的方法,探究工业遗产公园游憩感知的构成要素与游客满意度之间的关系。借助ROST CM6软件对网络文本进行挖掘,筛选出与游憩体验密切相关的高频词汇,并进行语义分析与情感倾向评估。基于网络文本词频、情感倾向分析及相关文献研究,将游憩感知要素分为景观资源、游览体验、基础设施、情感体验、服务管理5个方面,通过IPA分析游客的满意度。研究发现,游客对原始工业风貌与时代历史感的珍视、对历史教育与红色精神传承的渴望,以及对服务设施与运营水平改善的需求,构成了满意度的关键维度,以期为工业遗产保护与旅游开发提供实证参考。The revitalization of industrial heritage sites is not only an important component of urban transformation and cultural heritage protection,but also a key approach to promoting sustainable development,stimulating urban innovation and regenerating vitality.This study combines network text analysis and IPA analysis to explore the constituent elements of leisure perception in industrial heritage parks and their relationship with visitor satisfaction.ROST CM6 software is applied to mine a large amount of network textual data.The study first selects high-frequency words closely related to leisure experiences,followed by semantic analysis and sentiment assessment.Based on the word frequency,sentiment analysis,and relevant literature research,the study further divides leisure perception elements into five categories:landscape resources,visit experience,infrastructure,emotional experience,and service management,and then analyzes visitor satisfaction through IPA.The study finds that visitors'valuing of the original industrial style and sense of historical era,their desire for historical education and inheritance of the red spirit,and their demand for improvement of service facilities and operation levels constitute the key dimensions of satisfaction.This is expected to provide empirical reference for the protection of industrial heritage and tourism development.
