强膝颗粒联合中药封包治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究强膝颗粒联合中药封包治疗膝骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的临床疗效和安全性。方法纳入2022年11月至2023年12月在湖南中医药大学附属常德医院骨伤科接受治疗的106例符合KOA诊断标准的病例。按照不同治疗方法分为对照组和治疗组,每组53例。其中,对照组实施中药封包疗法,治疗组采用强膝颗粒与中药封包联合治疗。比较2组KOA患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)、Lysholm膝关节评分、膝关节活动度(ROM)指标变化,并统计2组的总有效率和不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,2组KOA患者VAS、WOMAC、Lysholm评分、ROM评分相较于治疗前均有所提高,其中治疗组的改善程度超过对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的总有效率达到90.4%,高于对照组的73.1%(P<0.05)。安全性方面,治疗组出现恶心呕吐1例,2组均未出现严重不良反应和并发症。结论强膝颗粒联合中药封包治疗KOA是一种有效的治疗方案,可以显著改善患者的临床症状和生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Qiangxi granules combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)encapsulation therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 106 patients who met the KOA diagnostic criteria and received treatment in the Orthopedics Department of Changde Hospital affiliated with Hunan University of TCM from November 2022 to December 2023 were included in the study.All patients were divided into a control group and a treatment group according to different treatment methods,with 53 patients in each group.The control group received TCM encapsulation,while the treatment group received a combination of Qiangxi granules and TCM encapsulation.Changes in pain visual analog scale(VAS),Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC),Lysholm Knee Score,and knee range of motion(ROM)were compared before and after treatment in the two groups,and the total effective rate and adverse reaction incidence were statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,both groups showed improvements in VAS,WOMAC,Lysholm scores,and ROM compared to before treatment,with the treatment group showing significantly greater improvements than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group reached 90.4%,significantly higher than the 73.1%of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of safety,one case of nausea and vomiting occurred in the treatment group,and neither group experienced serious adverse reactions or complications.Conclusion The combination of Qiangxi granules and TCM encapsulation is an effective treatment plan for KOA,which can significantly improve patients′clinical symptoms and quality of life.
