摘　　要：目的分析脂泰宁胶囊联合非诺贝特治疗对高脂血症患者炎症、血脂、肥胖指标的影响。方法按照治疗方法将2023年2月至2024年6月河南省中医院收治的112例高脂血症患者分为对照组(56例)和研究组(56例),研究类型为回顾性。对照组采取非诺贝特治疗,研究组采取脂泰宁胶囊联合非诺贝特治疗。对比对照组、研究组患者效果,治疗前后血清学因子[丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、细胞间黏附分子(ICAM)-1]、血脂指标[高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)]、肥胖指标(体脂率、体质量、体质量指数)水平变化。结果经临床治疗,相较于对照组(84.0%),研究组(96.4%)患者总有效率升高(χ2=4.940,P=0.026)。治疗后对照组、研究组患者SOD水平相较于治疗前升高,研究组相较于对照组更高(t=3.417,P<0.05),MDA、IL-6、ICAM-1水平相较于治疗前降低,研究组相较于对照组更低(t=8.607、9.568、19.886,P<0.05)。治疗后对照组、研究组患者HDL-C水平相较于治疗前升高,研究组相较于对照组更高(t=7.704,P<0.05),LDL-C、TC、TG水平相较于治疗前降低,研究组相较于对照组更低(t=3.988、5.682、8.958,P<0.05)。治疗后对照组、研究组患者体脂率、体质量、体质量指数相较于治疗前降低,研究组相较于对照组更低(t=6.727、4.370、5.543,P<0.05)。结论高脂血症患者采用脂泰宁胶囊联合非诺贝特治疗可显著提升患者临床效果,降低氧化应激与炎症损伤,调节脂质水平,改善肥胖指标。Objective To analyze the effects of Zhitaining capsules combined with fenofibrate on inflammation,blood lipids,and obesity indicators in patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on a total of 112 patients with hyperlipidemia admitted to Henan Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2023 to June 2024.All patients were divided into a control group(56 cases)and a study group(56 cases)according to the treatment methods.The control group was treated with fenofi-brate,while the study group was treated with Zhitaining capsules combined with fenofibrate.The changes in serum factors[malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),IL-6,ICAM-1],blood lipid indicators[high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),triglyc-erides(TG)],and obesity indicators(body fat percentage,body mass,body mass index)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group(84.0%),the total effective rate in the study group(96.4%)was significantly increased after clinical treatment(χ^(2)=4.940,P=0.026).After treat-ment,the SOD levels of patients in both the two groups were significantly increased compared with those before treat-ment,with the study group showing higher levels than the control group(t=3.417,P<0.05).The levels of MDA,IL-6,and ICAM-1 were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment,with the study group showing lower levels than the control group(t=8.607,9.568,19.886,respectively;P<0.05 for all).After treatment,the HDL-C levels of patients in both the two groups were significantly increased compared with those before treat-ment,with the study group showing higher levels than the control group(t=7.704,P<0.05).The levels of LDL-C,TC,and TG were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment,with the study group showing low-er levels than the control group(t=3.988,5.682,8.958,respectively;P<0.05 for all).After treatment,the body fat percen
