摘  要:冲击波超压测试作为评价武器性能的重要手段,其测试过程要求测试设备具有多通道、大容量数据存储和冲击波信号触发时间精确记录的功能。基于此,提出一种时基同步的冲击波超压存储测试技术。该技术以GPS卫星授时技术为基础,通过GPS模块输出的串行数据和PPS信号对设备系统时钟进行校准,并利用多通道数据存储技术实现对数据存储空间的管理和存储数据文件的检索。实验结果表明,采集设备间时基同步误差为256 ns,所研究的数据存储技术写入速度可达18.45 MB/s,可保证存储数据的完整性和采集设备数据的稳定存储。Shock wave overpressure testing is an important means of evaluating weapon performance,and its testing process requires the testing equipment to have multi-channel,high-capacity data storage and accurate recording functions of shock wave signal triggering time.On this basis,a time-based synchronous storage testing technology for shock wave overpressure is proposed.In this technology,based on GPS satellite timing technology,the device system clock is calibrated by means of serial data and PPS signals output by the GPS module.The multi-channel data storage technology is used to realize the management of data storage space and the retrieval of storage data file.The experimental results prove that the time-based synchronization error between the acquisition devices is 256 ns,and the proposed data storage technology can achieve a writing speed of 18.45 MB/s,which can ensure the storage of data integrity and the stable storage of the acquisition device data.
