摘　　要：新质生产力是习近平总书记运用马克思主义政治经济学基本原理,对新时代我国生产力发展实践作出的理论概括。科学家精神是历代科技工作者在长期科学实践中凝练出的宝贵精神财富。从逻辑之维梳理科学家精神与新质生产力发展的天然耦合性,以其丰富的内涵助推新质生产力发展,为新质生产力发展积蓄内生动力。从内容之维审视科学家精神中“勇攀高峰、敢为人先”的创新精神、“追求真理、严谨治学”的求实精神、“集智攻关、团结协作”的协同精神构成新质生产力发展的重要内容,为新质生产力发展汇聚磅礴力量。遵循思想是行动的先导这一逻辑,从思想上深化理想信念、坚定政治之根,治理体系上创新培养体系、奠定科技素养之基,环境育人上营造科学氛围、涵养科技创新之本等方面探析科学家精神助推新质生产力发展的实践之维。以科学家精神凝聚磅礴力量助推新质生产力发展,最终唱响高质量发展的时代最强音。The new quality of productivity is a theoretical summary made by General Secretary Xi Jinping using the basic principles of Marxist political economy to summarize the development practice of productivity in China in the new era.The spirit of scientists is a valuable spiritual wealth condensed by the scientific and technological workers in long-term scientific practice.From the dimension of logic,the natural coupling between the spirit of scientists and the development of new quality productivity is sorted out,and the development of new quality productivity is promoted with its rich connotation,so as to accumulate endogenous power for the development of new quality productivity.From the dimension of content,the innovative spirit of“bravely climbing the peak and daring to be the first”,the realistic spirit of“pursuing truth and rigorous study”,and the collaborative spirit of“gathering wisdom to tackle key problems,unity and cooperation”constitute an important content of the development of new quality productivity and gather majestic strength for the development of new quality productivity.Following the logic that thought is the forerunner of action,we should deepen our ideals and beliefs ideologically and strengthen our political roots;innovate the training system in the governance system and lay the foundation of scientific and technological literacy;In terms of environmental education,creating a scientific atmosphere and cultivating the foundation of scientific and technological innovation,we will explore the practical dimension of the scientist spirit to promote the development of new quality productivity.With the spirit of scientists,we will gather majestic strength to promote the development of new quality productivity,and finally sing the strongest voice of the era of high-quality development.
