摘 要:心房颤动是临床上常见的心律失常类型,有着较高的致残率和致死率,其诱发的严重并发症是脑卒中及血栓栓塞。早期正确诊断和预测血栓形成的危险因素对预防房颤患者出现脑卒中至关重要。采用多模态超声成像技术效能均优于单一技术,可提高房颤患者左房微小血栓诊断的准确率。综合分析血清学指标在房颤患者血栓形成中的影响因素,结合超声技术测量指标不仅能提高血栓诊出率,对预测血栓形成也有重要指导意义。本文对多模态超声技术联合血清学在房颤患者左心耳血栓早期诊断中的价值进行综述。Atrial fibrillation is a common type of arrhythmia in clinical practice,with a high disability and mortality rate.Its serious complications include cerebral stroke and thromboembolism.Early and accurate diagnosis and prediction of risk factors for thrombosis are crucial for preventing stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation.The use of multimodal ultrasound imaging technique is more effective than a single technique and can improve the accuracy of diagnosing left atrial microthrombi in patients with atrial fibrillation.A comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors of serological indicators on thrombosis in patients with atrial fibrillation,combined with ultrasound technology to measure indicators,can not only improve the diagnosis rate of thrombosis,but also have important guiding significance for predicting thrombosis.This paper reviewed the value of multimodal ultrasound technology combined with serology in the early diagnosis of left atrial appendage thrombosis in patients with atrial fibrillation.
