大学生榜样认同的样态变化及其引导策略

摘  要:榜样是一种催人奋进的力量,是一个人锐意进取的动力。榜样认同作为榜样教育的关键切入点,在大学生成长成才的过程中扮演着重要的角色。当代大学生榜样认同发生了从一元价值取向到多元价值取向、从崇拜“权威”到寻找同辈榜样、从被动认同到主动选择、从“可敬”到“可学”等样态变化。榜样认同的样态变化导致大学生价值观冲突、榜样人物的选树标准难度加大、盲目崇拜的不良风气等问题。新形势下,提升榜样认同效果,应从旗帜引领、合力灌溉、实践育人三个维度同向发力,推动榜样认同高质量发展。Role model is a kind of inspiring power,which is the motivation for a person to forge ahead.As the key entry point of role model education,role model identity plays an important role in the process of college students’growth and success.Contemporary college students’identification with role models has changed from one-dimensional value orientation to pluralistic value orientation,from worshipping“authority”to looking for peer role models,from passive identification to active choice,from“respectable”to“learnable”and so on.Changes in the pattern of role model identification have led to the conflict of values among college students,the difficulty of selecting role model characters,and the bad trend of blind worship and other problems.Under the new situation,to improve the effect of role model identity,it is necessary to make efforts from three dimensions of flag leading,combined irrigation and practice nurturing to promote the high-quality development of role model identity.
