摘 要:以某厂区污水处理站为例,在污水排放标准提高的情况下,针对粪便污水中总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)处理难度大、能耗较高的现状,分析既有粪便污水处理工艺存在的问题并提出相应的工艺优化方案。结果表明:通过既有生化池改造及化学除磷后置沉淀方案后,工艺稳定运行时其关键指标TN、TP均已达到下水道排放标准。同时给出的污水处理运维管理建议及粪便污水厌氧生物发酵、堆肥等资源化途径,可以为同类污水处理工艺提供借鉴。Taking a sewage treatment plant in a certain factory area as an example,with the improvement of sewage discharge standards,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the existing fecal sewage treatment process and proposes corresponding process optimization plans to address the difficulties and high energy consumption in treating total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP)in fecal sewage.The results showed that after the transformation of the existing biochemical tank and the chemical phosphorus removal and sedimentation scheme,the key indicators of TN and TP in the stable operation of the process have reached the sewage discharge standards.The suggestions for sewage treatment operation and maintenance management,as well as the resource utilization pathways such as anaerobic biological fermentation and composting of fecal sewage,provided at the same time,can provide reference for similar sewage treatment processes.
