某辖区铁路职工血压异常指标检出情况分析

摘　　要：通过对2023年某辖区内铁路职工常规健康体检数据统计,分析该辖区内铁路职工血压异常指标检出情况,为加强铁路职工健康管理提供依据。调取某辖区内20~60岁51242名职工健康体检数据,根据工种、年龄、性别进行分组。结果显示,随着年龄的增加,高血压的检出率增加,危险程度也增加;并且男性职工的高血压检出率明显高于女性,差异性显著(P<0.001)。该辖区铁路职工高血压检出率较高,尤其是40岁以上的一线行车工种,应进一步加强对铁路职工的健康教育和宣传,提高职工对高血压等心脑血管疾病的认识、改善不良生活习惯、加强健康管理,提高铁路职工健康水平。According to the statistics of the routine health examination data of railway workers in a jurisdiction in 2023,the detection of abnormal blood pressure index of railway workers within an area is analyzed to provide a basis for strengthening the health management of railway workers.Health examination data of 51242 employees aged 20 to 60 in a certain jurisdiction were collected and grouped according to occupations,age groups and genders.The results showed that with the increase of age,the detection rate and risk degree of hypertension increased.The prevalence of hypertension in male workers was significantly higher than that in female workers(P<0.001).The detection rate of hypertension of railway workers in this area is high,especially for the front-line train work over 40 years old.It is necessary to further strengthen health education and publicity for railway workers,improve their understanding of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as hypertension,improve unhealthy living habits,strengthen health management,and improve the health level of railway workers.
